Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report progress throughout the project life cycle, using appropriate project planning and scheduling tools
- Develop / generate / distribute project reports / documentation to applicable stakeholders (e.g., project status, metrics, outcomes, issues, risks, opportunities)
- Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques
- Make presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results
- Create, control and improve end to end business processes
- Lead process design and project implementation teams
- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
- Ensure projects are completed on time and in scope
- Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with applicable project stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Employees in this position should be working towards or have achieved certification in project management
- Experience in a healthcare setting
