Slalom Consulting’s Boise team has arranged with several local clients to bring the Prosci certification course to Boise on December 28, 29 and 30. In the consulting industry for organizational effectiveness, Prosci is a well-established approach to organizational change management and an important certification for practitioners.
There is room for several additional students in the class. Typically the course is $5,000 or more due to travel costs, but we have been able to come together as a community to host it for $2,650 per person. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning the principles of change management, attain a certification in the Prosci process, and network with others in the local industry utilizing this tool and process.
