Brian Robey, Manager | 71 & CHANGE
Brian is a dynamic leader and consultant who is well-versed in process improvement, project management, and facilitation techniques. He thrives on tackling real-world challenges and has designed and implemented large-scale process changes to solve difficult business problems. He has a reputation for being high-energy, passionate, caring, and fun. He enjoys helping people get a little better each day. His industry experience spans manufacturing, supply chain, beverage, medical devices, software development, commercial aviation and consulting. He also has experience with numerous international projects. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University. Brian is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Instructor.

Diya Knothule, Owner/Manager | 71& CHANGE
Diya is energized by partnering with clients to tailor solutions that will help them achieve success. Diya has extensive experience in project management, change management and Lean process management.  She has worked on several business transformation initiatives with a focus on building business process efficiencies and implementing operating systems to maximize business value. Known for her calm leadership and collaborative approach, Diya has successfully led cross functional teams in complex matrix environments. Her industry experience spans property casualty insurance, healthcare, footwear/apparel and regulated financial services. Diya earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.  Diya is a Project Management Professional, certified Six Sigma Black Belt and certified in Prosci Change Management.
