Speaker Bio
After nearly 20 years in the high-tech memory and storage industry, Sarah Matlock has had the opportunity to explore different roles that have allowed her to effectively leverage the principles of Project, Program, and Portfolio management. Sarah’s career has taken her from manufacturing and engineering, to driving enterprise-wide transformation programs and running system level business processes such as the Strategic Planning Process, Product Lifecycle Management and most recently Product Requirements Management. She has a strong belief in prioritizing systemic fixes over daily firefights to drive the business to repeatable and sustainable results.
