Lorraine Lourry is a consultant in Change management, Communications & Visual Thinking/Sketchnoting. For the last 18 years, Lorraine Loury supported deep transformations projects within a variety of global organizations as an independent consultant. She has valuable expertise in Communications, Change management & Visual Thinking. Her focus is to onboard employees to make them into agents of change, encourage cooperation and facilitate co-designed decisions. She believes we have to give people the floor to make change happen. She supports her clients in driving their transformation projects “with” their staff. Lorraine is also a sketchnoting and doodling addict. She likes to turn anything she reads or hears into a visual recap. She tells stories with doodles and a few key words.
