The Art of Fogging:  How to Address Conflict and Safely Move On
Presented by Lisa DiTullio
https://www.linkedin.com/in/lisa-ditullio-9b029a3/

Conflict among teams is probably the quickest and most direct way to disrupt team harmony.  And yet, many of us prefer to avoid conflict rather than confront it and move on.  When teams acknowledge they will face conflict, find simple ways to deal with conflict, and move on, they are likely to take conflict in stride rather than be derailed by it.

The art of Fogging is a simple practice which enables team members to address conflict head-on, preventing the situation from escalating into something destructive that causes long-term damage to relationships and teamwork.
