Learning Areas
This will be both a networking and a learning event as we break into small groups to discuss the pros and cons of Agile/Adaptive, Waterfall/Predictive, and Hybrid project management methodologies and how to apply them. We will be using a fictional case study inspired by an actual program manager’s experiences with delivering complex programs in the Technology Industry.
