Many leaders believe that trust must be organically earned over time, but we will review tools to help quickly and effectively establish trust. For the last 10 years Adam has managed software implementation projects in the healthcare IT field working for WebMD and Healthwise. In that role he has worked with dozens of health plans, including 9 out of the top 10 health plans in the country, to implement and integrate software to help reduce healthcare costs, increase the efficiency of clinicians, and provide for a better patient/member experience. Prior to his work in healthcare, he worked in medical device manufacturing and finance. He brings over 20 years of knowledge of working with stakeholders in multiple industries and at multiple levels to get things done.
