Chip has been in the Human Resources field specializing in Career Coaching, Executive Consulting, and Recruiting for 25 years. For the last seven years he has managed a three-state region for the international career transition firm, Lee Hecht Harrison. He has been guest speaker and presenter for Leadership Boise, Boise State University, Corporate Workshops and the Department of Labor. Chip’s community involvement includes Board of Directors membership with the Idaho Shakespeare Festival as an Advisory Member and Vice President. He formerly served with the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital Advisory Board. Chip Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and served six years with the United States Marine Corps.
