Keynote teaser: a keynote built for the reality of change

Change is inevitable. Resistance doesn’t have to be.

Our keynote will tackle one of the toughest challenges Project Professionals face: helping teams move from resistance to resilience when change hits. You’ll explore why negativity spreads so quickly — and what leaders can do to interrupt it, re-engage their teams, and build commitment instead of compliance.

More details coming soon. Save the date — you won’t want to miss this conversation.
