Learn How to Develop a Case Study

PMIWIC – A Future City Case Study Facilitated by Reme Pullicar, PMP, PSM, MBA | Senior Project Manager, St. Luke’s Health System

PMI, and more specifically the PMI Western Idaho Chapter, is a community-focused organization. The chapter looks for opportunities to support business professionals in the development of project management skills, and to reach out for opportunities to partner and grow project management practices wherever there is a need. The PMI Education Foundation is a key resource that provides guidance to chapters so they can focus their experience and resources to help youth learn and adopt project management skills. In this working, learning, goal-driven session, we will investigate and formulate a case study based on how PMIWIC has supported the Regional Future City competition, and will develop ideas on what can be improved, and how to further our efforts.
