Election Process

Elections will occur during April to allow for the announcement of the new Board of Directors at the May event.

The new officers will hold office for two years – beginning July 1 of the year in which the elections took place through June 30 of the second year.

The Past President, President, and President–elect will each serve a 1-year term.
Election Timeline
November
Review positions that are up for re-election in June.
December – February
Set up nominating committee and collect candidate nominations.
March
Collect nominee information in preparation for the 'Meet the Candidates' event in March.
April
Open elections site for voting by PMIWIC membership.
May - June
Announce new board members! New board member onboarding
July
New Board of Directors in place.
