When attending a networking event at PMIWI, he realized that joining the chapter would further his networking goals of: 1) to meet new project managers in various organizations and capacities who know what project managers do, and 2) provide new opportunities both personally and professionally. The only way he would be truly engaged is if he was part of the team as a servant leader.
