Participants will explore the change process, recognize how negativity can spread through emotional contagion, and learn how to apply the READY framework to move from resistance to commitment. Through engaging discussions and activities, attendees will leave with practical strategies to build a more adaptive, collaborative, and forward-thinking workplace.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1.Recognize the stages of the Change Curve and identify where they, and their teams, might get stuck in resistance.
2.Identify and address common workplace negativity habits that hinder progress and learn how to shift toward a more resilient culture.
3.Apply the READY framework to navigate change effectively, engage leaders, improve communication, and reduce resistance.
